Its funny, I spent less money on Matrix:Revalations then Reloaded ($7.00 in comparison to $9.25)

Matrix:Revelations. Not revolutions. I liked this film. They calmed down with the bad acting by delivering less lines. They cheezed it up with a blind Neo having the same vision as Ben Affleck, just in a different color. Oh, ane Neo had a 802.11b Bluetooth brain. I wasn't exactly sure about how or why that worked, but thankfully, the Wachowski brothers didn't try to explain it.

This movie's strength was that it only had three events. The time budget, albeit a little too gracious and plentiful, was well spent. Man versus machine in a glorius fight with minor heros and stuff. Not unlike the better parts of the Lord Of The Rings and The Two Towers. And then Neo's fight with Smith. Well, a Homie behind me yelled "YO MAN, ITS THE FINAL FU*CKING FIGHT!", and I was waiting for Smith to turn blonde (obscure reference: dragonball Z, +10 points). But point is, Neo gave us that character that he was supposed to be at the end of the first movie. Thats a developed character. "I choose to." You damn well better. And then he sacrificed himself to kill smith and by extention everyone else in the Matrix.

"D'oh!"

And then it ended dumb with God and Satan, err... The Oracle and The Architect coming to terms. I would of prefered some genuine cheering, rather then that little guy running around "NEO WINS! NEO WINS!"... If I recall, Snid Wins too, but a victory for Zion, now thats impressive. Speaking of which, lets talk about why its Matrix:Revelations.

The Oracle: One who knows all. Seraph: One who can fight off any opponent, but only when on orders. The Architect: The one who set the world as it is with his perfect equation. Okay, those are interesting little roles, but lets take a look at Zion and Smith. Zion contained everyone who knew the truth and they were removed from the matrix (the world). Then theres Smith, WHO CORRUPTED AND CONTROLLED EVERYONE IN THE MATRIX. Thats an impressive take on how the world ends. Zion=Christians, Smith=Sin, Neo=Christ. Even when he died, Neo burst into a cross shaped flame, and yes, NEO DIED.

I'm too disjointed right now. As a movie it was nifty, but nothing beats the original. As a trilogy, it would have probably made a better Scifi channel mini-series.

RATING: HORRIBLE SUCKS BAD OKAY NIFTY GREAT EXCELLENT
